摘要

This study introduces the AIAS-4-PL, a Polish adaptation of the AIAS-4 questionnaire designed to measure attitudes toward AI. The psychometric evaluation of the AIAS-4-PL involved two studies: an Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with 217 participants and a Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with 344 participants. Results from the EFA indicated that the AIAS-4-PL is a reliable and valid instrument with a one-factor internal structure and high internal consistency (Cronbach’s α = 0.88, McDonald’s ω = 0.91). The CFA further confirmed the one-factor structure, demonstrating excellent model fit (CFI = 0.997, TLI = 0.990, RMSEA = 0.077) and high internal consistency (Cronbach’s α = 0.94, McDonald’s ω = 0.95). The AIAS-4-PL fills a significant gap in the availability of tools for assessing AI attitudes in Polish-speaking contexts. Its brevity and comprehensiveness make it an efficient option for researchers and psychologists. The introduction of this tool is timely, as it provides a means to gauge evolving perspectives on AI, essential for shaping the future integration of AI technologies into society.
