<p>The current global economic environment is highly dynamic, accelerating technology iteration and frequent market fluctuations make entrepreneurs face unprecedented complex decision-making scenarios. However, individuals with similar resource endowments differ greatly in their entrepreneurial behavior. Based on conservation of resources theory and the broaden-and-build theory of positive emotions, this study explores the influence mechanism of uncertainty tolerance on entrepreneurial behavior tendency. The questionnaire survey data of 288 MBA students and students participating in entrepreneurship training courses were used as research samples, and the hierarchical regression analysis method of SPSS 27.0 software was used for empirical analysis. The results show that uncertainty tolerance has positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior tendency. Radical innovation plays a partially mediating role in uncertainty tolerance and entrepreneurial behavior tendency. Entrepreneurial passion positively moderates the relationship between radical innovation and entrepreneurial behavior tendency. From the perspective of individual psychological traits, this study analyzed the influencing mechanism of entrepreneurial behavior tendency, and provided references for effectively improving the psychological quality and entrepreneurial activity of entrepreneurs.</p>
