<p>Entrepreneurs must navigate various factors to grow their ventures in dynamic and uncertain environments. The psychological processes that influence the attitudes and behaviors they exhibit during this process directly impact the success of their ventures. This study examines the effects of entrepreneurs’ social identity perceptions on grit and psychological well-being, as well as the mediating role of mindfulness in these effects. Entrepreneurs were classified as Darwinian, Communitarian, and Missionary based on their motivational sources, and the effects of these identity types on grit, psychological well-being, and mindfulness levels were analyzed. 423 startup founders operating in technoparks participated in the research. Findings indicate that social identity does not significantly influence mindfulness but has varying levels of impact on grit and psychological well-being. Additionally, mindfulness significantly influences grit and psychological well-being. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening founders’ levels of grit and well-being in establishing sustainable ventures.</p>
