摘要

Workplace ostracism is becoming increasingly frequent in the workplace. therefore, it is necessary to explore the mechanism of its influence. Following a survey of 345 participants, we set up a model to investigate the effect of workplace ostracism on knowledge sharing behavior of knowledge workers. Hierarchical regression and bootstrapping were applied to the data, and the empirical results indicated that workplace ostracism had a significant negative influence on knowledge employees’ knowledge sharing behavior through the mediating effects of perceived insider status. In addition, emotional intelligence not only moderated the effect of workplace ostracism on perceived insider status, but also moderated the path mediated by perceived insider status, and this indirect effect was stronger when employees have a low level ofemotional intelligence.
