<p>Narcissistic personality disorder presents significant therapeutic challenges due to the maladaptive coping strategies employed by individuals, including pervasive negativity, blame-shifting, and manipulative behaviors. The review follows 5 stages of Arksey and O’Malley’s framework of a scoping review. Databases like PsychINFO, PubMed, ProQuest, Web of Science, and Google Scholar were searched for the articles. Of those retrieved, 12 met the criteria. The review highlights the effectiveness of various interventions, including expressive and integrated approaches, psychotropic medications, cognitive-behavioral therapies, systemic therapeutic strategies, and insight-oriented methods, in managing narcissistic personality disorder. These findings emphasize the importance of a tailored, multifaceted approach to treatment. The findings suggest that while these therapies are promising, further research is essential to optimize their efficacy and integration, ensuring they meet the complex and individualized needs of those with narcissistic personality disorder.</p>
