摘要
Based on Social Information Processing Theory, this paper examines the mechanism of secure-base leadership's influence on employee radical innovation, especially the mediating role of employee boundary-spanning behavior and the moderating role of environmental uncertainty through questionnaire survey method (Study 1) and experimental method (Study 2). The results of the study show that secure-base leadership has a positive influence on employee radical innovation; employee boundary-spanning behavior plays a partial mediating role between secure-base leadership and employee radical innovation; environmental uncertainty moderates the relationship between secure-base leadership and employee boundary-spanning behavior positively; environmental uncertainty moderates the mediating role of employee boundary-spanning behavior between secure-base leadership and employee radical innovation.
