<p>People’s sexual attitudes and behaviours vary widely across cultures. Second-generation immigrants (SGIs) navigate dual cultural frameworks, uniquely shaping their sexual experiences. However, research on how multicultural people manage conflicting sexual norms is limited. This scoping review explored SGIs’ sexual attitudes and behaviours—both in-person and technology-mediated contexts—in Western societies. We aimed to identify patterns in findings, and limitations or gaps in the literature. A comprehensive search across nine English and two French academic databases yielded 49 articles published between 2002 and 2023. Our analysis revealed that SGIs actively construct their sexual attitudes, drawing from a blend of cultural influences without fully rejecting either. Conversely, patterns of in-person sexual behaviours were inconsistent across studies. No findings were available on sexual behaviours in technology-mediated contexts. Few researchers employed cultural theories such as acculturation. Future research should adopt theoretically driven approaches with SGIs from a diverse array of cultural and demographic backgrounds to enhance knowledge of multicultural people’s sexual experiences. We provide practical recommendations for researchers, policymakers, SGIs’ families, and clinicians.</p>
