<p>Limited sexual education access often compels disabled individuals to seek guidance independently. This exploratory study examines the types of online relationship advice available to disabled people. Using a qualitative content analysis approach, 50 websites were selected based on their provision of specific, substantial advice tailored to disabled individuals. Findings reveal that 68% of the articles are authored by disabled individuals, with 82% offering advice applicable to people with various types of disabilities. Common themes in the advice include empowerment, effective communication, safety, selectivity, practical dating tips, support networks, humor, reimagining sex and relationships, and understanding personal preferences. These insights challenge normative sexuality and highlight how disabled individuals redefine intimacy, agency, and desirability. The findings suggest a broad range of advice is available, yet highlight opportunities to address the specific needs of disabled individuals in more nuanced ways.</p>
