<p>Oropharyngeal cartilaginous choristomas are uncommon incidental lesions identified in tonsillectomy specimens. We present an unusual example of a mass-forming cartilaginous choristoma of the palatine tonsil and share its macroscopic and histomorphologic features.</p>
