摘要

The rapid growth of Cloud Internet of Things (CIoT) technologies has raised significant concerns regarding the security and privacy of device interactions. In response, we propose a Blockchain-based Mutual Remote Authentication (BMRA) framework to enhance security in CIoT environments. BMRA utilizes blockchain to decentralize the authentication process, integrating Attribute-Based Signatures (ABS) and smart contracts for efficient and secure device communication. The system’s performance was evaluated using a Python-Django platform, where key performance metrics—execution time, throughput, and overhead—were assessed. The results show that BMRA performs device authentication with an average execution time of 150 ms, achieves a throughput of 7 transactions per second, and maintains an overhead ratio of 3.8%. These performance measures indicate that BMRA can efficiently handle large-scale requests without significant delays. Security analysis demonstrated that the system effectively prevents unauthorized access and ensures data integrity, achieving over 99% accuracy in securing device authentication and transaction validation. Overall, BMRA offers a scalable and secure solution for CIoT applications, outperforming existing security mechanisms in terms of both security efficiency and operational performance.
