<p>In the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), 5G technology provides intelligent devices with comprehensive interconnection capabilities, ensuring efficient data transmission and exchange. However, there are still problems such as illegal access to the network by intelligent devices, leakage of privacy information, and long data exchange time between enterprises and operators. Therefore, aiming at the above issues, this paper proposes a cross-domain secure communication scheme in Industrial Internet of Things based on consortium blockchain. Specifically, the proposed scheme consists of a novel authentication protocol based on the consortium blockchain and a distributed bill settlement system. The scheme uses consortium blockchain to ensure protocol security while preventing malicious users from stealing user privacy. In addition, the smart contract stores a series of rules regarding identity authentication and bill settlement, which enables it to perform identity authentication and communication bill settlement for intelligent devices. Due to the transparent nature of blockchain, it can ensure the accuracy of charges, reduce fraud and false charges, and eliminate dependence on third parties. Finally, the formal analysis tool ProVerif is utilized to model and verify the security of the proposed protocol. The verification results show that the protocol can satisfy the security goals. Besides, we implement and test the distributed bill settlement system using GO language, and the test results demonstrate that the system can achieve bill settlement through the consortium blockchain.</p>
