A Retrospective Cross Sectional study was conducted including all consecutive patients of CSF Rhinorrhoea underwent for Endoscopic Repair in last 3 years. Information was obtained from the medical records. Detailed history of all cases was noted with respect to the mode of onset, duration of leak, history supporting to etiology and symptoms of meningitis. Following ENT examination, Diagnostic Nasal Endoscopy, Computed Tomography with Cisternography reports were evaluated in all patients. Multilayer Repair of Leak was done in all patients. Success of repair and postoperative complications were observed. Out of total 144 patients with CSF leaks underwent for endoscopic repair, 91 (63.19%) had spontaneous leak followed by Traumatic etiology in 40 (31.94%) patients. Cribriform plate was the commonest site of leak, found in 59 (40.97%) patients. Success rate of Endoscopic repair of CSF rhinorrhoea was 94.3% in first attempt success rate and 100% in second attempt. There were no major intraoperative or postoperative complications. To conclude, the endoscopic approach has a high success rate with minimal morbidity and has therefore, become the preferred method.</p>

Endoscopic Repair of CSF Rhinorrhoea is a preferred choice of treatment. To study the Clinical profile of CSF Rhinorrhoea of anterior and middle skull base with respect to-Demographic data, Etiological factors, Body Mass Index, site and size of defect and to evaluate the surgical outcome of its endoscopic management.
