<p>Congenital arterial abnormalities known as head and neck arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are typified by excessive flow. AVMs can happen anywhere in the head and neck, but they hardly ever affect the epiglottis. In this article, we describe a lesion in the epiglottis that we initially believed to be a vascular hemangioma but that, upon postoperative pathology, was actually an AV malformation.</p>

摘要
