<p>In this study, it was aimed to compare Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo and Vestibular Migraine with vitamin D levels and Video Head Impluse Test findings. A total of 817 patients’ files were scanned. Patients diagnosed with Vestibular Migraine and Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo were included in the study. 32 patients were included in the Vestibular Migraine group (Group 1), 35 patients in the Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo group (Group 2), and 31 patients in the control group (Group 3). Demographic information of the patients, vitamin D levels (ng/ml) and Video Head Impulse Test results were noted. Comparisons between groups were made with these results. Although posterior canal gains were found to be lower in the Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo group, it was not significantly different from Vestibular Migraine and control group (<i>p</i> &gt; 0.05). There was no difference between the groups in terms of vitamin D. Covert saccades seen in the posterior canal plane were significantly higher in the Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo group than in the other groups (<i>p</i> = 0.037). We can say that vitamin D levels are not associated with Vestibular Migraine and Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo diseases. Video Head Impulse Test values were not significantly different between groups. Posterior canal saccades in the Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo group were significantly higher than the other groups. As a result, we can say that the covert saccades seen in VHIT are more reliable in Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo and Vestibular Migraine according to the Video Head Impluse Test results.</p>
