Intrusive Luxation of the Upper Primary Central Incisor into the Nasal Cavity in a 3-Year-old Male Child Following Trauma
摘要
Dental trauma is common in young children, with intrusive luxation being a severe but rare occurrence. This case report describes a 3-year-old boy who suffered a fall, resulting in the displacement of his upper primary central incisor into the nasal cavity. X-ray imaging confirmed the diagnosis, and the impacted tooth was successfully removed under sedation. Early diagnosis, using imaging techniques, is crucial for proper management. Preventive measures and prompt intervention can help mitigate complications and improve outcomes.
