<p>Acquired external auditory canal (EAC) stenosis is a rare clinical condition and difficult to manage. Various surgical approaches have been advocated for its correction to achieve a patent EAC. This case report describes a patient with B/L EAC stenosis who underwent a permeatal approach for the surgical correction of acquired EAC stenosis.</p>
