摘要

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy enhances tissue healing and regeneration. A literature review assessed PRP applications in otorhinolaryngology. Eleven studies were identified—four in otology (tympanoplasty, hearing loss), three in rhinology (wound healing, epistaxis), and four in laryngology (vocal fold repair, post-surgical healing). PRP shows promise in improving surgical outcomes, warranting further research to establish standardized protocols and clinical efficacy.
