<p>To measure and document key nasal parameters, including nasal height and nasal width, in individuals from Central Maharashtra. To calculate the nasal index and classify nasal morphology based on standard anthropometric criteria. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 500 participants visiting a tertiary care center. Standardized anthropometric measurements of nasal dimensions, including nasal length, nasal width, and nasal index, were obtained using calipers. Data analyzed using suitable statistical test. The nasal index varied significantly between males and females, with males exhibiting broader nasal dimensions. Age-wise distribution showed a higher proportion of participants in the 21–30&#xa0;years (38.4%) and 31–40&#xa0;years (27%) age groups. 19% of participants had external nasal deformities, while 69.4% had no nasal complaints. The study highlights the predominance of mesorrhine nasal morphology in Central Maharashtra. The variations observed in nasal index based on gender and age reinforce the importance of regional and ethnic influences on craniofacial structures. These findings contribute to forensic identification, surgical planning, and anthropological research.</p>
