<p>This study aimed to assess the balance, mobility, and vestibular dysfunction using the Activities Specific Balance Confidence Scale (ABC Scale) in patients who underwent surgery in adjunct to radiotherapy (RT)/chemoradiation (CRT) for the treatment of Head and Neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).&#xa0;This prospective observational study took place in a tertiary care centre, with a cohort of 120 patients who were evaluated using the ABC Scale, Romberg test, and BMI index at the start, i.e., baseline, at 6 weeks, and 3 months after completion of complete treatment for HNSCC. The data was documented and analysed using Relative risk calculation, inter- and intragroup comparison was done using the Mann-Whitney U test, and the Kruskal-Wallis test was used at a 95% confidence interval, and <i>p</i> ≤ 0.05 was considered significant.&#xa0;The results show that participants undergoing CRT/ RT are significantly vulnerable to balance disorder. The role of Vestibulotoxicity due to CRT, BMI, age, and the difference between RT and CRT groups is also documented in our study.&#xa0;We conclude that the magnitude of balance disorder due to vestibulotoxicity is prevalent, and vestibular assessment and management should be included as part of management in patients undergoing RT/CRT in HNSCC.</p>
