<p>Quality of life (QoL) of Sinonasal malignancies (SNM) patients can be assessed in various manners. SNOT -22 test is a quick and widely available tool that was initially developed for chronic rhinosinusitis. The aim of the present study is to provide evidence on the validity of SNOT-22 in the assessment of QoL in SNM patients. A monoinstitutional retrospective cohort of patients with primary SNM who received endoscopic sinus surgery. Statistical correlations among many administered PROMs were calculated. A cohort of 55 patients was included and chemoradiation were administered postoperatively in 32 (58%) cases. Mean SNOT-22 was 25.7, 20.9, and 15.9 at t0, t1, and t2, respectively. Significant moderate to strong relationships among SNOT-22, ASK-9, QLQ-GLOBAL. Correlation coefficients increased over time after surgery. SNOT-22 may play a meaningful role in the assessment of QoL in patients treated for sinonasal cancer.</p>
