<p>Normocalcemic Primary hyperparathyroidism (NPHPT) is a term used to describe instances of elevated parathyroid hormone levels without elevated blood calcium levels.Despite being proposed more than 50 years ago, the idea of normocalcemic primary hyperparathyroidism has been deemed contentious for various reasons. This is a diagnosis of exclusion and other causes of elevated parathyroid hormone have to be ruled out. The majority of cases of Primary Hyperparathyroidism result from Parathyroid hyperplasia or Adenoma. Here, we present four different cases of Normocalcemic Hyperparathyroidism at various ages that, upon further examination, are all found to have Parathyroid Neoplasms. All patients were symptomatic and underwent parathyroidectomy after preoperative localization.</p>
