<p>Cat Eye Syndrome (CES) is a congenital malformation that causes many problems for the patient. Hearth defect, craniofacial dysmorphic features, large low-inserted ears, and hearing disorders. The current report discusses a case of CES, which was diagnosed at an early age, and highlights the methods used to help the patient with his hearing problems. A 7-month-old child with CES was referred to the School of Rehabilitation Sciences for hearing evaluation and intervention. Physical examination and auditory behavioral testing were performed. After assessment and comparison of the hearing tests’ results, the child was prescribed suitable hearing aids and advised for auditory training. The child’s hearing was also evaluated after a year to ensure the results were correct. Hearing evaluations suggested a possible sensorineural component in the child’s hearing loss. Hearing aids improved Air conduction thresholds. Considering a sensorineural component is important in CES cases. Early diagnosis and timely interventions, such as detailed evaluations, hearing devices, auditory training, and regular follow-ups, can be very beneficial.</p>
