<p>Schwannoma is a relatively uncommon, slow-growing benign tumor that is derived apparently from the Schwann cells lining the nerve sheath. The schwannoma is usually a solitary lesion, and can be multiple when associated with neurofibromatosis. Schwannomas of the sinonasal tract are rare, accounting for &lt; 4% of head and neck schwannomas [<CitationRef CitationID="CR2">2</CitationRef>]. Here we report a 70 years old female with unilateral nasal symptoms. Examination revealed a polypoidal mass in left nasal cavity. The patient underwent Left sided FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery). The histopathological report was suggestive of Ancient schwannoma. Ancient schwannomas are associated with conventional features of neurilemmoma; however, they are distinguished from other types of schwannoma due to factors such as the long history, cellular architecture showing hypocellularity, and hyalinized matrices.</p>
