<p>Nevi are rare in the external auditory canal. When they occur, they can cause hearing loss. A case report of a 35-year-old patient who had a history of a black mass in the external auditory canal was presented here. Histopathological examination following surgery confirmed nevus. Surgery is always suggested due to functional and cosmetic reasons. It also avoids malignant transformation.</p>

摘要

Nevi are rare in the external auditory canal. When they occur, they can cause hearing loss.
