<p>Spontaneous CSF (Cerebro Spinal Fluid) leaks involve dura, arachnoid, bone and nasal mucosal breach without prior surgery or trauma. The most common site of spontaneous CSF leak is the cribriform plate, followed by the lateral recess of the sphenoid sinus. Here, we present a case of spontaneous CSF leak from the right foramen rotundum in a middle-aged female patient.</p>
