<p>To discuss the presentation and management of Nasal chondromesenchymal hamartomas (NCMH) in an infant. We report a rare case presentation and management of NCMH. An infant female, delivered naturally at term, presenting with noisy breathing, and a right-sided nasal mass. Imaging with Contrast-Enhanced Computed Tomography(CE-CT) and Contrast-Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging(CE-MRI) revealed a lesion in the right nasal cavity, infiltrating the right ethmoidal air cells and anterior cranial fossa through the cribriform plate. The tumour was surgically resected, and post-operative histopathological examination confirmed it to be NCMH. Recurrent/residual lesions were detected on her subsequent follow-ups, for which she underwent a combined Denker’s approach with excision of mass. Nasal chondromesenchymal hamartomas (NCMH) are typically benign lesions with the potential of being locally aggressive. Although NCMH commonly presents in infants as an obstructing nasal mass, it is a rare disease and there should be more awareness among surgeons about its diagnostic and therapeutic approach. It is important to distinguish this benign lesion from malignancies which would necessitate more aggressive management strategies.</p>
