<p>Odontogenic keratocysts (OKCs) are notable for their distinct behavior, diverse origins, controversial development process, high recurrence rate and varying treatment approaches. We present a case of odontogenic keratocyst in the body of the right mandible in a 33 year old male where right hemimandibulectomy was done and stabilized using titanium mandibular reconstruction plates with a 1 year postoperative recurrence free follow up.</p>
