<p>Arterial or venous aneurysms and pseudoaneurysms are extremely rare.IJV aneurysms typically occur after iatrogenic trauma to neck. Around 77% of venous aneurysms are found in lower extremities [1]. We report a case of spontaneous pseudoaneurysm of EJV in a 40 years old female which was managed surgically with positive outcomes.</p>
