<p>Glomus tympanicum tumors are rare, slow-growing vascular tumors of the middle ear that often present with pulsatile tinnitus. We report the case of a 58-year-old female diagnosed with a 1.5&#xa0;cm glomus tympanicum in the middle ear cleft. The patient underwent preoperative embolization followed by transcanal excision using a KTP laser for ablation of the inferior tympanic artery. This report highlights the surgical approach and outcomes.</p>
