<p>Leishmaniasis is a zoonotic disease endemic in more than 98 countries worldwide, predominantly affecting tropical and subtropical regions, and presenting as cutaneous, mucocutaneous, and visceral forms. We report a rare case of cutaneous leishmaniasis involving the external auditory canal in an immunosuppressed patient with Crohn’s disease receiving infliximab therapy. Successful treatment required systemic liposomal amphotericin B, underscoring therapeutic challenges associated with atypical presentations.</p>
