<p>Xeroderma Pigmentosum is a rare autosomal recessive disorder, characterized by premature skin aging, pigmentary changes, photosensitivity and increased risk of developing skin malignancies. Here we present a case of identical twins with xeroderma pigmentosum who developed skin malignancies at an early age. The details of this case are presented.</p>
