摘要

Intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (IPEH) or Masson’s tumour is a rare benign vascular lesion of the skin and subcutaneous tissues characterized by abnormal proliferation of endothelial cells. It usually arises within a blood vessel but is considered to be a non-neoplastic reactive process often associated with vascular injury. Here we describe a rare case of intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia or Masson’s tumour of Nose in a 22-year female patient treated surgically with the tumour excision. The clinical course, diagnostics and proposed treatment are discussed and described with the existing literature data.
