<p>Nasopharyngeal hamartomas are rare benign tumors representing a developmental anomaly of mature tissues native to the nasopharynx. While hamartomas are encountered in various organs, they are uncommon in the head and neck region. This report presents a case of a nasopharyngeal hamartoma in a one-month-old female child presenting with recurrent epistaxis and respiratory distress to the department of Otorhinolaryngology at a tertiary hospital in Lucknow (India). After endoscopic excision, the diagnosis was confirmed through histopathological examination, which demonstrated the presence of mature tissue arranged in a disorganized fashion. This characteristic histological appearance distinguishes hamartomas from other lesions, such as teratomas containing tissues derived from all three germ layers. This case highlights the importance of a comprehensive workup for nasopharyngeal hamartoma and considering nasopharyngeal masses as a differential diagnosis for any neonate presenting symptoms like respiratory distress or intractable epistaxis.</p>
