<p>To present a rare case of nasal schwannoma, a benign peripheral nerve sheath tumor, arising from the nasal septum. A 53-year-old male presented with unilateral nasal obstruction and discharge. Clinical examination, imaging, and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of ancient schwannoma. The patient underwent successful endoscopic excision of the tumor, with no recurrence observed after six months of follow-up. Schwannoma in the nasal cavity is rare, and its diagnosis requires histopathological confirmation. Complete excision is curative, with a low recurrence rate.</p>
