<p>Vascular malformations are anomalies that typically occur at birth. A 2&#xa0;year old male presented with congenital macroglossia leading to difficulty in swallowing. MRI oral cavity with neck suggestive of low flow venous malformation of tongue and floor of mouth. Debulking glossectomy was done after which the child improved significantly.</p>
