Chronic Dysphonia as an Initial Presentation of Primary Extranodal Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma in the Head and Neck
摘要
Primary extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphoma (PE-NHL) of the head and neck is rare and often presents with nonspecific symptoms, delaying diagnosis. We report a 75-year-old woman with persistent hoarseness diagnosed with a follicular lymphoma in the larynx. Early biopsy and staging are crucial for timely treatment, improving prognosis in atypical presentations.
