摘要

Chondroid syringoma (CS) or pleomorphic adenoma are uncommon benign skin tumor. These typically appear as slow-growing skin nodules that are smooth, have distinct borders, and don’t ulcerate. Histopathological examination of these lesions is crucial for determining total excision, reducing the likelihood of recurrence, and spotting infrequent but potentially malignant changes. We outline the atypical clinical characteristics of pleomorphic adenoma lateral wall of nose. The new knowledge in our situation is that this benign tumour may also appear as a ulcerative lesion, raising the possibility that it is malignant.
