<p>A 41year old male, with a diagnosis of diffuse subarachnoid haemorrhage and cerebral oedema following RTA, post 155 days of tracheostomy, came with complaints of ryles tube feed expectoration through tracheostoma, signs of aspiration and bilious vomiting. Patient was evaluated through rigid endoscopy and radiological CT imaging and was diagnosed to have Tracheoesophageal fistula.</p>
