<p>An uncommon and aggressive tumour, sinonasal small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (SCNEC) typically presents with a little male predominance. SCNEC in a 23-year-old woman is described here. A multidisciplinary therapy was done comprising surgery followed by chemo-radiation therapy. After being monitored, the patient was confirmed to be disease-free.</p>
