Laryngeal Manifestation of Immunoglobulin G4-Related Disease: An Elusive Life-Threatening Entity
摘要
Immunoglobulin G4-related disease is a chronic fibro-inflammatory condition characterized by raised serum IgG4 concentrations, which with tissue infiltration by IgG4 plasma cells leads to pseudotumor formation in various organs. Primary presentation is very rare and is life threatening.
