<p>A forty four year old female came with complaints of swelling in the medial aspect of left eye for 6&#xa0;months. CT PNS – Well defined hypodense lesion noted adjacent to medial canthus of left eye of size approximately 3.3*2.5*2.6&#xa0;cm. MRI orbits showed possibility of left dacrocystocele and features of right ethmoidal mucocele with resultant frontal and ethmoidal sinusitis. Functional Endoscopic sinus surgery was done and the patient got free of her symptoms.</p>

摘要
