<p>Melanoma is a malignant tumor arising from malignant transformation of melanocytes, and is highly aggressive in nature with increased risk of mortality. A thorough examination of lymph nodes at all levels of the neck and additionally, the parotid gland should be examined. Here we discuss a case of metastatic malignant melanoma of periorbital region in a 10 year old female patient.</p>
