摘要

Secretory carcinoma, impacting the salivary gland, embodies a low-intermediate grade malignancy characterized by the propensity for local dissemination. The fourth edition of the 2017 head and neck World Health Organization's repertoire has recently integrated SC of the salivary gland into its classification scheme. We aim to delve into a case involving a 35-year-old female presenting with swelling on the left side of her face, persisting for the past 12 years, and exhibiting a negative mammaglobin status.
