<p>Congenital absence of the pericardium (CAP) is a rare entity encountered in cardiac surgery, and managing it during coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is technically challenging, especially heart positioning. We highlight a case emphasizing how we overcame this difficulty with available devices. As limited literature is available on multivessel CABG in patients with CAP or postoperative management, we believe our case report will add valuable information.</p>
