摘要

Online counselling has become increasingly important in social work, particularly since the onset of the Coronavirus pandemic. While location-independent counselling formats can be used by those seeking advice at home, at work or on the go, stationary online counselling in publicly accessible locations or social and healthcare facilities has received little attention to date despite its potential. This article compares the opportunities and risks of fixed-location online counselling with location-independent formats, outlines possibilities for institutional embedding and discusses the challenges involved. Rather than presenting a finished model, we present our ideas in a cursory manner to achieve the broadest possible compatibility for further investigations by others.
