摘要

This article examines the challenges faced by youth work under conditions of ethnonationalist-authoritarian pressures. It argues that practitioners navigate a complex interplay of hegemonial, racist policies, supposedly neutral administrative practices, and anti-democratic local political cultures, all of which constrain their educational work. The paper focuses on how existing approaches can be strategically aligned and implemented in solidarity to preserve spaces for participation, agency, and critical thinking, thereby safeguarding youth work’s emancipatory mission.
