Wem nützen Beschwerdeverfahren an Schulen?
摘要
The explorative interview study BaS (Complaints Procedure at Schools) investigated the experiences of teachers and school administrators with the implementation of complaints procedures at schools. The analysis of the empirical material shows that complaints procedures in the school context are in the majority of cases appropriated by the institutional logic of the school and serve in particular to enforce school interests. Complaints procedures are often interpreted by the interviewees less as an instrument that gives children and young people a voice and contributes to safeguarding the rights of young people. Against the background of the research results, this article discusses what conclusions can be drawn from this finding for the impact of the voice of children and young people in the school context.
