Socio-educational fan projects combine the joys and sorrows of their field of activity, professional soccer. On the one hand, they are the focus of media and social attention and receive great appreciation for their work; on the other hand, they are exposed to great expectations from various institutions, which they cannot meet in their dimensions and sometimes obvious contradictions. They feel role stress, react with defenses and delegation of responsibilities, with reshaping and changing hierarchies of task profiles and complain about necessary changes to the framework conditions for their work. In short, they work on manipulating their (own) professional role.
