The approaches and working methods of youth social work can be a way to reduce the exclusivity and access barriers of youth voluntary services (FSJ). Through this link, the model project “FSJ Pflege” tries to inspire young people who have previously been underrepresented in the FSJ to take part in the FSJ and the care sector.
