Gewaltprävention im Kinder‑, Jugend- und Senior_innenfußball
摘要
Violent incidents in children’s, youth and senior football pose particular challenges for municipalities, sports clubs and associations. In the cities of Essen and Duisburg, different violence prevention components were implemented, evaluated and further developed between 2018 and 2022 in order to specifically support the affected sports clubs in dealing with the incidents. The article shows the violence prevention concept and evaluates the individual measures. It becomes clear that club football based on voluntary commitment reaches its limits when it comes to dealing with conflicts. This requires support from social work experts.
